Toowoomba store customer service very poor specially young girl work Thursday night 29/04/21 bad customer service which is really sad to see and experienced some tops different prices on different colours you would think its all the same price its exactly same tops and same style.

Just got my order, the cloth is toooo small, the quality is bad, the price is too expensive. Not what is shown in instagram pictures.

Very expensive shipping but I loved the product so I was willing to spend the $25. When they arrived the sizing was nothing like on the website so I went to exchange the product and they said it would be $100 to ship back. Now I'm stuck with $120 worth of shorts and nothing to do with them.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Bought my item around 1st of May waited so long for them. I Checked the order status regularly and then in mid june saw that it said "waiting collection". I decided eventually to go to the post office in case it was there although I hadn't got any notice of it being sent to the post office. When I got there, they said the package had been sent back. So I spent tons of money on express shipping that should've taken a few days to come. It took months and I never received the item.
